This is Not a Wedge of Raspberry Cheesecake

I would have loved to have had a wedge of raspberry cheesecake for lunch.

Instead it’s a wedge of purple cabbage with all its intricate interlocking patterns, fascinating to study, mesmerizing to follow. It also looks like a stylized landscape, like a Japanese wood block print in purple instead of black, such inspiration. And then you can eat it, a total win-win.
