Out of the Darkness Out of the Darkness This pretty little tulip, bright red edged in pure white, hasn’t bloomed in almost a decade, from what I can see in my photos. The wild black cherry has been shading that portion of the yard pretty densely for at least that long, but this tulip is one I planted in the years just after I’d moved in. I wonder what else will show up in that area now? How interesting to be going backward and forward at once. . . . . . . . Follow me on Instagram.
