Something I Said?

It’s hard not to anthropomorphize animals sometimes. The body language of these two, nothing really needs to be said; the ruffled huff and focused ignoring of the dove on the right, the hesitant but eager posture of the dove on the left. Maybe it’s the nasty water in the birdbath, shallow, full of leaves, kind of greenish, and the dove on the right is very disappointed with the dove on the left for making such a poor choice of accommodations. That’s my fault it’s like that, though, but on a busy day that’s how it is by the evening.

Love the festive orange feet, though.
