Sometimes you just see something unusual along the way. I passed this headed somewhere and didn’t have the time to stop. When I came back it was still there, so I found a convenient place to park and take a bunch of views of it.
This is along Grandview Avenue on Mt. Washington in Pittsburgh. This runs along the top of a tall cliff overlooking the city, the rivers, the railroad tracks and streets below.
When you come up the street leading to the fence, you are heading up hill, so I liked the view against just the sky.
Not sure if anyone below can see what the glove is signaling, though.. . . . . . .
