Glittering Path

Silhouetted geese appear transfixed by the dancing sparkles creating a path on the water. I sure am when I stop in this spot any morning I’m near it. On the opposite side of the creek is a fairly high cliff wall above railroad tracks. When the sun comes over it the water is cloaked in shadow and the sun can really dance on the surface. My other photos aren’t this deeply contrasted—I think this morning my lens focused on the sparkles to create these silhouettes.

Just behind the Historical Society on Main Street Carnegie.
