Gathering Place, 2011

Highly social grackles gather on this tower and wires to talk and laugh all afternoon. It’s in the middle of a valley, easily seen and accessible from distances. Though it’s placed right next to a interstate highway, standing under it you can hear the birds’ cacophony over the sound of heavy high-speed traffic.
