Burrs Undercover Burrs Undercover We had some snow in the past few days. The burrs are hiding under it so I’ll get close enough to them for them to get stuck in my hair. Look at those little hooks on the end of each spine. Well, if I disliked them so much why don’t I cut them down before they grow? I do like the little violet flowers before they become burrs, and the birds do eat the seeds. But I’m always finding a burr or two after I’ve been out in the garden. I probably won’t cut them down. I have too much fun making fun of them. . . . . . . . Follow me on Instagram. Visit my photography galleries on Portraits of Animals. All images used on this site are copyrighted to Bernadette E.
