Burgundy Brilliance

The columbines are signing with joy in their sunny burgundy brilliance. I have a columbine that had both blue and deep pink blossoms, but the second year the plant bloomed only lovely deep pink. This is actually three years past that original plant and now we have her children, this wonderful deep claret color along with a red violet purple.
