Squirreling Up the Wrong Tree

Mimi and I went out onto the front porch to enjoy the sunshine. But any hope of joy was lost when Mimi discovered the squirrel was using her tree! Her favorite scratching post! There he was just clawing and climbing all over it as if he owned it!

Mimi is not much bigger than the squirrel but she engaged in a little squirrel terrorism by stalking him through the groundcover. She made it quite close to him and his shock and surprise were very satisfying to both of us.
