Don’t Leave That Puddle! Don’t Leave That Puddle! “Don’t leave that puddle while I got and get your father!” she said. Well, it’s better than walking on hot pavement for sure, the three siblings agreed as their mother walked away. On a very hot afternoon these geese were lucky to find an oasis on the edge of a brick alley. Of course, the creek is just a hundred yards or so away, but maybe having your own family puddle is better than sharing the public pool with everyone in the flock.
