The Village on the Hill The Village on the Hill Just a little village tucked onto a hillside. I always think that when I look at this view of one neighborhood in Carnegie, indeed on a hillside, with just the tips of the Gothic steeple of a former Methodist church in Carnegie in the foreground, never mind the power lines.
