Hello From Pittsburgh Pittsburgh. Someone let me loose on a lovely sunny warm spring day in Pittsburgh with my camera. I really just wandered one area, Mt. Washington, from where you can see to the end of the world. i will actually use a number of these for a design project I’m working on. I couldn’t get a good photo of the point so above is one from last year on just about exactly this date. Below is a “tiled mosaic” of some of the photos I took today. The Allegheny River Valley. First Side, Pittsburgh. All the way downhill. “Points of View”: Chief Guyasuta and George Washington. Explanation of “Points of View” sculpture South Side Flats and Slopes. The Point. The Ohio River. Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh, Mt. Washington Branch. The Monongahela River Valley. Up, up and away! The First Mining of Pittsburgh Coal.
