Hello From Pittsburgh Pittsburgh. Someone let me loose on a lovely sunny warm spring day in Pittsburgh with my camera. I really just wandered one area, Mt. Washington, from where you can see to the end of the world. i will actually use a number of these for a design project I’m working on. I couldn’t get a good photo of the point so above is one from last year on just about exactly this date. Below is a “tiled mosaic” of some of the photos I took today. Explanation of “Points of View” sculpture First Side, Pittsburgh. Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh, Mt. Washington Branch. The Point. South Side Flats and Slopes. “Points of View”: Chief Guyasuta and George Washington. The Ohio River. The Allegheny River Valley. The Monongahela River Valley. The First Mining of Pittsburgh Coal. All the way downhill. Up, up and away!
