A new member of the feeder club—a white-crowned sparrow. Those white stripes really stood out in yesterday’s dark weather, and the coolest thing is how they come together on the back of its head, like a bike helmet! Avid birdwatcher tortoiseshell Sienna was the first to see and alert me.
