The Three Geese and the Concert at the Creek

First there was one goose.

On my unexpected walkabout yesterday I encountered three young male canada geese on an adventure. I followed them with my telephoto lens, photographing all the way, and soon a story bloomed. I let the content of the photos I managed to get suggest the story line. I don’t have the time to flesh it out, but here’s a draft. Scroll down and read the captions, and I hope you enjoy the photos.

There he was, the most famous gander in all the world they knew, singing his famous honkadoo.

The lead goose was so moved he simply jumped out into the air and floated down to land in the creek.
