Ducks on the Water Ducks in flight. The ducks who live along the creek weren’t too concerned about the high water we experienced yesterday. The current was fast but they have their own little safe spots where the current is slow and it’s easy to get out of the water onto land. And when they can’t do that, they can fly. On the water. These four actually went for a ride across the current. Two ended up on the other bank, and two took off from the water and flew back to where they’d been. And I finally got a few good photos of the ducks in flight. Their little cove. I think some paintings might be in order. . . . . . . . Follow me on Instagram.
