Watch My Back

One more in the series of backyard bean sprouts, these two beans seem to be exchanging a promise: You watch my back and I’ll watch yours.

This one photo of all of the beans looks even more interesting with most of the color desaturated—forget that it’s beans, does it look like a sculpture? Taking away the color also takes away a good bit of the context and scale.
