A mix of branches and vines and leftover leaves creates random landing surfaces for snow to pile up, and up, and up, and the details look like an abstract composition.

I photograph snow darker so that I can still see the details in the fluff.

Snowflakes fall among the tulip poplar buds, partially open, filling them like a cup. This is inspiring a poem.
