Pittsburgh Pink in Autumn Looking out on the Point with the pink-tinted fountain for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The fountain in Point State Park is tinted pink every October for Breast Cancer Awareness month. The middle spire is out of commission right now while the fountain is being repaired, but the three peacock sprays are still active. Stuck in traffic, what else do I do? I was stuck in traffic, first on the ramp from the 10th Street Bypass to the Fort Duquesne Bridge where the concrete railing cut off the bottom half of the photo, then on Carson Street across the way, and what better to do than photograph whatever is handy?
