Free for the Taking Absolutely Free Some of the best things in life really are absolutely free. A reminder to be in the moment to capture this gift. This sunset came blazing across the sky at the very end of a cold, dark and rainy day; just as the sun neared the horizon the clouds parted just enough to watch it slip quickly down to the horizon, then disappear, and just as quickly the sky was completely overcast once again. Seeing the sky beginning to color I intended to spend another minute or two and finish what I was working on, but felt an urgency to follow this light, got in my car initially headed for my favorite overlook but turned around and made it to the top of my hill just in time to catch the show. Don’t hesitate. The houses in this part of town enjoyed watching the sunset too. Houses watching the sunset. . . . . . . . Follow me on Instagram.
