Baby Squirrel Invasion

They were busy!
They were busy!

I saw Bella raptly attentive at the window facing the bird feeder, but this was not the usual birdwatching. I looked over her ears and saw…

Tails!
Tails!

What was that, then the tails rearranged to become the two at the top. The light was a little dim and they were busy little squirrel sisters so clear shots were a challenge, but the tails really got me.

Then the one sister decided to hide under a leaf, but left her tail up in the air.

Decided to hide under a leaf, but can't hide that tail.
Decided to hide under a leaf, but can’t hide that tail.

Telling secrets, making plans! I yell at their parents who destroy any feeder not made from glass and metal, but I told these two I was happy they wanted to clean up the ground under the feeder.

Telling secrets!
Telling secrets!

Bella…
